Amsterdam Airport is known as a plane spotters heaven, with beautiful close up and unobstructed views of all the aircraft landing and departing the busy airport. Amsterdam is the main base for KLM and the majority of the airports traffic is KLM, however there is still plenty of other airlines that visit Amsterdam on a regular basis as you will see featured in this video!

This video focuses on windy landings captured from the famous Polderbaan, or Runway 18R. AMS is known for unpredictable and unstable weather and on this particular day, it truly lived up to the reputation. With winds gusting up to 40kts SE, planes were rocking back and fourth on their final approaches!

I filmed these clips and therefor own all the rights to the material in this video. The intention behind this video is to bring the landings at Amsterdam right up close and on the big screen for everyone around the world to view in the comfort of their own homes!
