Wilmington, Delaware, November 2023. River is a student of Hirono Oka of the Philadelphia Orchestra and occasionally studies with Brian Lewis, of UT-Austin. River studied previously with Shelley Beard Santore through the Music School of Delaware’s Suzuki Academy.
