I really like this Multi-process welding machine that features: Plasma Cutter, Synergic MIG welding, Manual MIG welding, Pulse MIG welding (best for Aluminum), High Frequecy DC TIG welding, MMA (Stick) welding... You can also weld flux-core wire (no gas).
