This year the National Short Course Championship 2022 was held on 7 -10 juli 2022 @ De Dolfijn. This was my first national competition.
Here is my scheme:
7th July:
25 sc mtr butterfly... 1st place... time: 20.28
8th July:
100 sc mtr I.M.... 1st place... time: 1:43.47
9th July:
25 sc mtr backstroke... 1st place... time: 22.67
100 sc mtr medley relay... 1st... time: 2:09.27
25 sc mtr freestyle... 2nd place... time: 19.36
10th July:
25 sc mtr breaststroke... 2nd place... time: 27.54
100 sc mtr freestyle relay... 1st... time: 1:57.74

Individual:
3x Gold
2x Zilver
Relay:
2x Gold
My goal during all competition is to improve my personal best time. I accomplished that in this competition except for breaststroke. I'm gonna focus on my points of improvement.
Neptunes was placed 2nd as the National Overall Champion Swimming Club
It were very intensive days, but I LOVE IT!!!
