* This is one day of a 24 week program. Please make sure you complete each phase 6 times before advancing to the next phase of this program, as they all build upon eachother.
**You don not have to complete all 4 workouts within a week, but do need to cycle through all 4 workouts 6 times before advancing to the next phase.
Phase 2 Day 2 (4 sets of both complexes)

A1 Step Ups x 5 each leg
A2 Pull-ups x 5
A3 Ankle Cars x 10 each
Complex 2
B1 Reverse Lunge x 5 each leg
B2 T-Spine CARs x 10
B3 Barbell 21s x1
