Today we decided to cook a delicious carp fish with pomegranates that we collected from the mountains around the village!
For this purpose, we steam the fish and use all kinds of vegetables and fish sauce in cooking it;
The preparation method and the necessary ingredients for cooking this dish are:
Carp fish
fresh vegetable
Sour pomegranate
Ashbil
spice
How to prepare:
We clean the fish chop the vegetables and add the pomegranate seeds along with the spices. After mixing, fill this mixture inside the belly of the fish and sew it with thread and needle. Then cut the pomegranates in half and put them on the bottom of the dish and put the fish on it. Then, after adding some water to the bottom of the container, we cover it with cooking paper and foil; This dish cooks for about an hour and a half at medium temperature and then it is ready to serve.
