The U.S. Military announced it is grounding its fleet of Osprey V-22 aircraft. It's the track record of the high-tech vehicle that is raising concern. More than 50 military personnel have died either testing or conducting training flights in the Osprey. Twenty of those deaths have occurred in less than the last two years. The grounding is a united decision for the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps, which combined have almost 500 Osprey.
