Hamas has released a total of 17 hostages- 13 Israelis and 7 foreign nationals as the truce kicked in on November 24. Al Qassam, the militant faction of Hamas has released the video of handing over the captives to the International Red Cross Committee near the Rafah Border where the hostages were seen smiling and heard saying 'Thank You' as well as bidding 'Good Bye' to their abductors The freed hostages included women and children who were captured when Hamas rampaged through southern Israel on October 7.
