Mark Regev, a senior adviser to Israel's PM, claims it is "clear" that Hamas has built an "elaborate military machine" under al Shifa hospital and has been using the doctors and patients as "cannon fodder".
He also said there is "a chance" hostages being held in Gaza will be released and that Hamas is in need of a "timeout" and maybe that could be used to "expedite" the process.
