The Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act (Atipsom) 2007 may be reviewed to give it more bite by including "attempts of trafficking".
This will allow it to be used to prosecute human trafficking syndicates caught halfway through their operations.-
