The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is not only a place of worship but also a scientific marvel. Constructed by L&T, the design involves collaboration with institutions like CBRI Roorkee, NGRI Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Astrophysics Bengaluru, and IHBT Palampur. Combining traditional Nagara style architecture with modern science, the temple features 360 stone pillars, excluding iron, steel, or cement, enhancing its earthquake resistance. The structure rests on a 15-meter thick layer of rolled compacted concrete, comprising 56 layers made of fly ash, dust, and chemicals, ensuring durability for 1,000 years.
