The country’s most significant civil aviation event, Wings India 2024, was kicked off in Hyderabad on January 18. Airports Authority of India has set up its pavilion equipped with an immersive air traffic control console. Speaking to ANI, AAI Chairman Sanjeev Kumar said that over 15 nations see India as an investment opportunity.
“Wings India 2024 event is a very important event. In the calendar of Ministry of Civil Aviation, this biennial event is very important where all stakeholders come together, not only within India but across the globe. We saw the participation of more than 15 countries. There are ministers, CEOs of companies and airlines. They display their latest product, they discuss their business strategy and their next moves. They all see India as an opportunity to invest. This is a good platform for all of us as we witness new markets, products, developments,” said Chair of Airports Authority of India, Sanjeev Kumar.
