Raj a struggling singer witnesses an accident and takes injured girl named Pooja, a newly wed bride to the hospital and informs her family. Pooja survives but slides into coma. Pooja's family believes Raj to be her groom Romi. Raj reluctantly accepts this and tries to use this opportunity to pursue his goals. But how long will he hide his identity?
