English translation -
All my heart desires is you, all it craves is your presence
There is none that I treasure as deeply as you,
Without you this realm ceases to hold all meaning
If it is happiness that you seek, I free you to go and find it

Even as I am consumed by the pangs of separation, I will live by your memories
Through the eternal day and night, through endless years and months.
