An innocent man is suing the Marion Police Department in South Carolina after being pulled over, held at gunpoint, and handcuffed in November 2022. The lawyer representing David Wiggins said his client was on his way home from Burger King when he was mistakenly pulled over and detained by officers searching for a different driver.
