After a judge formally sentenced Alex Murdaugh for the 22 financial crimes he pled guilty to, the convicted family killer chuckled when the state pointed out he may be eligible for parole depending on how he behaves in jail. Murdaugh was originally charged with 101 crimes, but the disgraced attorney took a plea agreement dropping dozens of the charges against him. Earlier this year, Murdaugh was found guilty of murdering his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul.
