I accidentally made a discovery, watch this very short video and see what you think! This of course was not very scientific, but try it yourself and see what happens!
BY THE WAY, I'VE PUT UP A NEW VIDEO ABOUT BEDBUGS, IT'S IMMEDIATE "FIRST AID" IF YOU'RE WAKING UP AT THREE IN THE MORNING SCRATCHING YOURSELF TO DEATH! TO SEE IT, GO TO: • BED BUGS ARE EATING ME, IT'S THREE A....
I love your comments, and I try to answer as many questions as I can! I don't mind yay or nay comments! However, a few common sense rules. Any comments with "name calling", curse words, spam, libel, slander, non-relevance will be removed. Three reasons for this, it's illegal to do any of that, you can get yourself and others in trouble, and you've lost credibility as a sane human being to be on this channel! I'll be glad to answer your questions on any of the above.
My video here is just an observation on a cheap way to attract bugs -- but getting real here, what do you really do if you're waking up at 3am scratching yourself to death? Here's some simple instructions so that you can rest easy TONIGHT.
DON'T PANIC, bedbugs don't poison your food or spread disease.
BEDBUGS CANNOT FLY, THEY CAN ONLY CRAWL.
So, ISOLATE YOUR BED.
Move your bed a few inches SO THAT IT'S NOT TOUCHING THE WALL. Arrange your blankets SO THAT THEY ARE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. Now the only way the bugs can get onto your bed is by crawling up the bed legs. If you have a gloss metal frame, the bugs can't crawl up on glossy things. If they're say, wooden legs, put dryer sheets under each leg.
DECONTAMINATE YOUR BED -- put all of your sheets and blankets and pillows into the dryer, let it cycle on the highest heat setting. Heat over 120 degrees kills the bugs.
Bugs like to make their nests and lay their eggs under your mattress -- COVER YOUR MATTRESS WITH A PLASTIC CONTAINMENT BAG -- bugs can then go neither in or out. They sell these bags for ten or fifteen bucks at any place that sells bed stuff. (a discount store, for example)
Bugs hate the smell of lavender -- get some 4 dollar lavender body wash (any place that sells soap) and take a nice bath in the stuff before bedtime tonight.
If you do all of the above, you won't get a single bite tonight. Have a nice night's rest!
