A Florida man faces multiple charges after leading a Florida Highway Patrol trooper on a high-speed chase on an expressway near Tampa. When the man finally stopped, police found drugs and two other passengers, one of whom was a five-year-old child. The driver now faces seven felony charges and two misdemeanor charges including kidnapping, possession with intent to sell, fleeing to elude and others.
