On a late-night incident, officers of the Broward County Sheriff's Department received a call reporting a black Dodge Charger driving on three wheels with sparks flying. Upon arrival, they encountered a suspect who appeared to be extremely intoxicated. The driver claimed she was a victim of a hit-and-run. Although she seemed to be under the influence of alcohol, the officers had no proof to arrest her for DUI. Instead, they opted to write a report. However, feeling that the odds weren't in her favor, the driver had a complete meltdown, inadvertently talking herself into an arrest
