On March 4th, 2023, Officer Chlebanowski was patrolling the bars in downtown Naperville, Illinois. He heard yelling and screaming outside of a bar, walked over, and observed 28-year-old Steven and an unknown bouncer, wearing police attire, strapped with a gun in a physical altercation.
