On March 29th, 2023. Officers responded to a vehicle crash involving a highly intoxicated man. When officers tried speaking with the man, he could hardly talk and seemed very disoriented. The man could also barely walk when asked to step out. It was later discovered that this was his 3rd DUI within 10 years causing it be a felony. This is footage of the events that followed.
