On July 10, 2023, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, officers were dispatched to a house after viewing surveillance footage at a local school office of a woman, identified as Brittany, punching another woman multiple times in the face. According to reports, Brittany was dating the woman's ex-boyfriend and had a personal vendetta with her. Before exiting the building, Brittany was observed on camera dropping multiple items from her shirt, one of which was a small plastic baggie with a white powder in it.
It took officers around 15 minutes to get Brittany out of the house where she became uncooperative and began yelling at officers until she was put into the squad car. Brittany continued yelling for much of the ride to the police station.
She was charged with possession of coc**ne, resisting an officer, and two counts of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty of possession of coc**ne and resisting an officer. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison for possession and 9 months in local jail for resisting.
