After a prior incident, the male victim involved in this case decided to video record his girlfriend's actions. When police responded and tried to arrest the female offender, they were met with resistance and hostility. Because of her less than co-operative behavior, Katrina was charged with resisting arrest.
After pleading no contest to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct, Katrina's resisting arrest charge was dismissed, and she was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended, and credit for time served in the amount of two days. As part of her sentence, she must obey all laws for one year.
