CASS COUNTY, ND (iNewZ.TV) The Cass County, North Dakota Sheriff's Office has released body cam video of a deputy's encounter with Mohamad Barakat at a shooting range near Fargo on May 4, 2023. On July 14th he shot 3 Fargo Police Officers, killing 1 of them, before he was shot and killed.
