Among the many big revelations in diplomat Ajay Bisaria's new book, 'Anger Management' is how Pakistan tried to revive relations with India after the Balakot strikes.
A mediator for the ISI Chief Asim Munir, who is now the Chief of the Pakistan Army, sent a message to Bisaria, who was then High Commissioner.
The message was that the security establishment wanted to end militancy in Kashmir and send Imran Khan to meet with PM Modi in India, possibly at the SCO meeting. Then the 370 abrogation happened and Bisaria was expelled.
