Here is a short taster of our Thursday night chill class. We hold each asana for 3 minutes slowly moving into supported nurtering poses. We use the suppport of bolsters and cushions and end the class with a 15 minute yoga nidra to re set the nervous system and leave you feeling ready for sleep.
