🥖Instruction
- Add all the dough ingredients to the dough maker/bread maker and wait for the dough to be ready.
- Slide ⅓ cup of olives aside and keep the remaining ⅔ cup whole.
- Soak the raisins in rum.
- Once the dough is ready, take it out and knead it a few times to remove any air bubbles. Use a rolling pin to create a 17 x 15'' (43x38cm) rectangle.
- Arrange a row of whole olives along the edge of the dough. Roll the dough to allow the olives to cover the inside of the first roll.

- Roll until all the ham is wrapped in the dough, then stop at the end of the ham.
- Use a knife to cut the remaining dough into strips about 3/4'' (2cm) wide. - Pull each dough strand diagonally, one at a time, to cover the entire dough roll.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes for the second rise.
- After the second rise, give the bread an egg wash. Use a fork to create a few lines along the bread's body. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and ready to serve.
