Red bell pepper 1/2 teaspoon.
Cheese parmesan.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.
3 cucumbers.
Dill.
2 garlic.
Mix well.

1 cauliflower.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Rice 1 cup / 200 gr.
Rinse the rice well.
Water 2 cups / 400 ml.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover with a lid and cook.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry on medium heat.
1 carrot.
Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Ginger.

Brown sugar 1 teaspoon.
soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
Mix well.
Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
