500 g chicken liver
1 Onion
1 Carrot
3 large eggs
a bunch of spring onions
3 boiled eggs
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1/3 Teaspoon of pepper
1 Tablespoon of rice flour
Vegetable oil for frying
20 g of cheese
