Ingredients:
- Cabbage: 1 pc
- Carrots π₯: 1 pc
- Onion π§
: 1 pc
- Parsley, dill, green onionsπΏ
- Eggs π₯: 2 pcs
- Natural yogurt: 120g
- Rice flour: 70g
- Baking powder: 2g
- Cheese π§: 100g
- Tomatoes π
: 2 pcs.
- Italian herbs
- Chervil or parsley
Method:
1. Preparing Cabbage:
Cut the cabbage into thin slices and cook in salted water for 2 minutes. Then let it cool down.
2. Preparing vegetables:
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
3. Casserole mixture:
Drain cabbage, add herbs, eggs, yogurt, salt, Italian herbs, rice flour and baking powder and mix. Place in an oiled pan and fry over low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Gratinating:
Grate cheese and slice tomatoes. Turn the casserole over, top with cheese and tomatoes and roast for another 10 minutes.
5. Arrange:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm. Ideal with yogurt or sour cream.
