Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
1. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 530 - 580 g
2. Mix well with a spatula
3. Put the dough on the table and knead it for 5-6 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 40-45 minutes.

22. Place on baking paper
23. Do the same with the second piece of dough
24. Cover and let rise for 15-20 minutes
25. Look how nice and airy the bread is.
26. Cut into 4.5 - 5 cm wide pieces
- Egg yolk 1 pc
- Milk 1 tbsp.
27. Lubricate with a brush
28. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
29. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 24-27 minutes. Cover with foil or parchment for the last 5-6 minutes.
