Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 160 ml
- Dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 60 ml
- Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
1. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 480-530 g (add in portions)
2. Mix all ingredients with a spatula for 3-4 minutes
3. Place the dough on the table
4. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the surface of the dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 40-45 minutes.
7. The dough has risen well, look how nice and smooth it is
8. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
9. Roll them into a ball.
10. Cover with a towel and let rest for 15-20 minutes
11. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it.
12. Knead the dough with your fingers and form a small circle
- jam (I have strawberry)
13. Place jam in the middle and secure the edges
14. Form a ball and place it on baking paper
15. We do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
16. Cover with a towel and let rest for another 15-20 minutes.

18. Now comes the fun part: take 6 forks
19. Place forks on the buns
20. Dust with flour
21. Carefully remove the forks and you will get a very beautiful pattern
22. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes
