Recipe:
Small fish - 2 kg.
Salt (coarse) - for 2 kg fish, I add 2 tsp salt.
Vinegar - (4%) - for per 2 kg fish I add 40 ml.
Black pepper
Bay leaf
Paprika
Vegetable oil - for each jar of 40-50 ml.

The jar size is 500 ml.
