New Holland's first generation of TX-series combines enjoyed immense popularity when new, and they are still very sought after machines today. The five-walker TX34 was a particularly popular model. The flagship TX36 was a massive combine when it was launched in 1987. At the time it was the highest-capacity straw-walker combine ever made by New Holland.
Both machines were combining winter wheat 14 years ago when they were filmed for the Combine Harvesters Part 2 DVD.
