Hi guys,
I don't have any baking tools at home, so there are a lot of restrictions on my baking these days ...
So I'm trying recipes to buy as little ingredients as possible and make simple tools before my moving loads come.
This recipe is also the result of my effort to make it delicious with some simple ingredients.
I can't say it's an authentic Italian tiramisu because it doesn't contain the yolk, but it's still delicious.
The taste is so good for five ingredients in five minutes.
Take a chance and trust me just once. You will never regret it.
* Brand of product used
-Mascarpone Cheese: Galbani
-Condensed milk: Nestle
-Cocoa powder: Ghirardelli
-Lady Finger: Goya
-Tiramisu Container: IKEA
▶ Ingredients (Container Size: Width 18cm * Length 13cm * Height 6cm)
-2 small packages of mascarpone cheese or 1 large package (500g)
-10 tablespoons condensed milk (about 150g)
-4-8 Savoiardi Cookies (Lady Finger)
-2 tablespoons (8 g) instant coffee or 3 shots of espresso
-Suitable amount of Dutch processed cocoa powder
1) Put cold mascarpone cheese in a bowl and use a spatula to lightly loosen the mass.
2) Add 10 tablespoons condensed milk and mix well with a spatula to make it like a cream.
3) Mix 2 tablespoons of instant coffee with 6 times warm water and cool it slightly.
4) Wet enough 3) lady finger cookies and place them on the bottom of the container.
5) Fill up the mascarpone cream you have made, keep the top flat and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
6) Sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface.
* Tips
-Espresso shots are much more delicious than instant coffee.
-Since it doesn't contain gelatin, it can only be made into a container.
-Add liqueur (Kahlua, Rum, Marsala wine, etc.) to your coffee to make it more delicious.
-You can't replace mascarpone cheese with cream cheese. (I've already made it using cream cheese, but it's not good ...)
-Without condensed milk, you can substitute sugar powder, but it will be less delicious. (Sugar should not be because the particles are coarse and do not melt)
-The quality of cocoa powder is very important for making tiramisu. Please use Dutch processed cocoa powder for baking.
-If you sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface, it will get wet quickly and it's better to apply it just before eating.
-Lady finger cookies can be replaced with sponge cake sheet or castella.
* Storage: Refrigerated, you can enjoy the most delicious up to 3-4 days. Frozen storage is also available. It doesn't deteriorate easily and can be stored for a long time, but if you leave it in the freezer for too long, it can be dry and lose its taste.
