5 eggs
230 g sugar (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
200 ml vegetable oil (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)

350 g all-purpose flour (2¾ cups + 2 tbsp)
2 teaspoons of baking soda

Filling:
500 g quark or cottage cheese (1 pound 1¾ oz)
80 g powdered sugar (โ…” cup)
2 egg yolks
40 g all-purpose flour (โ…“ cup)
250 g blueberries (1½ cups)

Bake: 200°C / 392°F 30 minutes on top/bottom heat

Baking pan diameter: 20 cm x 28 cm
