On Wednesday, Biden travelled to the Middle East to stand shoulder to shoulder with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in an fulsome show of support. In February, the president made a surprise visit to Kyiv, appearing alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In the United States, Capitol Police arrested 300 people who were protesting inside the rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building, demanding that Congress pass a cease-fire resolution.
