Just add lemon to milk! I don't shop in stores anymore. Only 2 ingredients to make homemade cheese. The recipe for this cheese is very simple. Treat your family to wonderful homemade cheese with olive oil and your favorite spices to taste.
1.5 liters of milk. Heat milk to boiling point. 1 lemon. We have to squeeze the juice. The milk has curdled. The serum has separated. Let stand for about 20 minutes, throw cheese mixture onto gauze. Pour the whey into a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon salt. We light up. We dip our cheese mixture into the whey. We heat up for 5-7 minutes. Place in a cheese mold. Put a weight on it. Leave on for 3-4 hours. Time is up and the cheese is ready. I drizzle it with olive oil on top. Sprinkle with red chili. You can use any spices you like. Bon appetit ❤️.
