I have a lot of stuff to get done on the homestead today. My pantry is a bit of a mess after the holiday's, and I have a lot of new things I need to put away as well. However, one my main goals today was to grind up some Spring Wheat berries and try to make some bread with them to see if it comes out the same as Winter Wheat berries.
