Do you, like me, feel like pizza one evening and the other as well? 😅 Alas I'm Pizza addict! As you know I love kneading and I've made lots of leavened ones! But I really missed this FAST and LIQUID version with INSTANT YEAST, and curious as I am, I couldn't not make it!
Having little time I made up my mind and made it, I couldn't believe it... it's SO GOOD!
Just think my husband didn't want to believe it (now watching the video he will have the confirmation) according to him it was made with beer yeast and there was no point, he thought I was making fun of him!
He will mean that from now on I will make it more often, perhaps changing the toppings!
🌡️ In the oven at 220° Static 210° Ventilated for 15-20 minutes before on the 1st shelf
then after adding the mozzarella another 10-15 minutes
📝 Ingredients: 26-28 cm mold
250 g Flour 0
250 g Water (room temperature)
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
8 g Instant yeast for savory pies
📝To season:
Tomato sauce (seasoned with salt, oil, basil)
Mozzarella or Provola
Basil, oregano, oil, chilli
