From Fall-Spring you can take as many oysters from this beach in Zeeland that you want! They grow invasively here and are harmful to the environment, so once a year we try to drive down, make a day of it, grab some fresh oysters and bbq them up! Some like them raw, but I prefer to cook them over coals, squeeze some lime in there, put a couple dabs of Tabasco, and finish with a splash of tequila. The flavour combination is amazing! They can be hard to open and easy to overcook, but you’ll get the hang of it :)
