For millions of Americans, the 4th of July weekend is the beginning of the backyard barbecue season. However, famed chef David Chang is stirring up controversy, saying you should never barbecue hamburgers. New York chef Abbie Gellman tells Inside Edition's Alison Hall she agrees with Chang. She says when you cook burgers outside over high heat the fat falls into the fire which is burning the meat. Chef Abbie says you can get the best burger on the stove using a cast-iron skillet.
