Former Chancellor, Lord Lawson, who is the chairman for the Vote Leave campaign, has said the money spent on the government's leaflet to remain in the EU is "pure propaganda". On post Brexit-trade deal, he said: "You don’t need to be in the single market to trade. It’s not an issue."
