A 93-year-old man died Friday afternoon after a crash in Sutter County, the California Highway Patrol said. The man was driving in a Toyota Prius eastbound on Cornelius Avenue at Pleasant Grove Road when he came to a stop at the stop sign around 2:30 p.m., CHP said. At the same time, a 19-year-old was driving a Toyota Highlander southbound on Pleasant Grove Road approaching Cornelius Avenue.
