The Downtown Vegas Alliance (DVA) wants to show minority-owned small businesses how to get money, support and additional resources. The DVA's six-month program also offers mentorship and hands-on training. All you have to do is commit to two hours a week to learn the tools you need to grow your business. DVA Executive Director Shahn Douglas explains how it works and how businesses can get memberships to local chambers of commerce.
