North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un’s younger sister Kim Yo-jong has been promoted to the nation's top decision-making body. North Korea's state media reported Kim Yo-jong’s elevation as a member of the country’s State Affairs Commission (SAC). Previously, Kim Yo-jong has been part of the Publicity and Information department of the Workers Party of Korea. Kim Yo-jong’s close relationship with her brother keeps her in a significant place in Pyongyang’s political apparatus. After Kim Jong-un, she is the second member of the Kim dynasty who has become a part of the North Korean govt.
