Iran's president and the chief of the Revolutionary Guards have vowed to exact revenge, at the funeral of those killed in bombings in the southeastern city of Kerman on Jan 3. Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attacks. At least 84 people were killed and 284 others were injured in the twin suicide blasts.
