Happy Saturday. I'm back with a What I Eat in a Day Video!!! I LOVE filming these. I'm on this new fitness journey lol but obviously taking everything super slowly. This is what I ate yesterday. I think it goes without saying but remember that your body needs different things to mine so do what suits your body and don't just copy what I eat. Totally use it as recipe inspo tho bc these oats and gyros are AMAZING!
