UPDATE: Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack at Qassem Soleimani's memorial service on Thursday that killed an updated count of 84 people in Kerman, Iran.
"A very strong retaliation will be meted out to them by the hands of the soldiers of Soleimani," Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber told reporters in Kerman.

Two explosions caused by "terrorist attacks" killed more than 100 people and wounded scores at a ceremony in Iran to commemorate top commander Qassem Soleimani who was killed by a U.S. drone in 2020, Iranian officials said on Wednesday.
