The UN chief warned again that nowhere is safe in Gaza and that Israel's ongoing offensive is creating "massive obstacles" to the distribution of humanitarian aid. According to the UN reports, around 70 percent of the 20,057 casualties in Gaza from Israel's military actions consist of women and children.
